How long does wiping take?
SSDs/NVMe usually minutes, HDDs (capacity dependent) several hours. Typical turnaround: 24–72h after arrival.
Do I get a wiping certificate?
Optionally yes: PDF containing drive details (e.g., serial), method and date.
What is a DPA?
For companies, a Data Processing Agreement (GDPR Art. 28) can be signed.
What happens to functional drives?
After documented wiping, drives may be reused or recycled.
